8:46 AM Flagstaff police and CCSO are actively coordinating with ADOT and street division to monitor intersections that have traffic lights during today’s planned power outage. At some intersections, temporary stop signs will be placed. Officers may also be conducting traffic control. Many of the signals will be powered by backup power generators as well.
