10:30 AM Flagstaff fire department is responding to reports of a utility line down in the area of Cummings and Lynch Ave. UPDATE: FD is on the scene saying the pole is leaning over a transformer and at risk of falling across the roadway. They are closing the roadway now and have called APS.
