Flagstaff Police are responding to Frances Short Pond for a report of a young Cougar that is somehow stuck or trapped. The dispatch wasn’t clear where the cat was or if it was in the water. Animal control is not working today.
UPDATE: An officer on the scene is saying that this was a massive case of miscommunication. It’s a bird that is trapped, not a cougar.
