11:04 pm Flagstaff police are responding to 603 South Milton road at the dairy Queen for a male saying he was just assaulted and possibly robbed. The victim is stating that the person who did this is sitting outside in the same area roughly 20 ft away. Suspect is described as a native American male wearing a straw cowboy hat.
