7:22 PM A Flagstaff Police Officer is attempting to pull over a vehicle that is missing its entire front end and driving on its rims along route 66 near the Naval Observatory Rd. UPDATE: The driver fled from the officer, and got stuck in the mud in the 6200 block of Bell Springs Rd. The driver is extremely intoxicated and has been arrested. Officers are now attempting to locate where (and what) the original collision was.
