Flagstaff Police and EMS are responding to the train tracks in the area of Route 66 and Ponderosa Pkwy. A male in a wheelchair is trying to harm himself by rolling onto the tracks. A bystander is trying to pull the man off the tracks. The bystander is being assaulted by the man who is trying to help him. UPDATE: Officers are out with all subjects involved.
