6:44 PM Flagstaff police are responding to the railroad tracks in the area of E Route 66 and Mall Way for reports of a female laying on the tracks and waiving her legs in the air. Officers are in the area attempting to locate the woman. UPDATE: Officers have located the female. She is no longer on the tracks.
