2:01 PM Flagstaff police are responding to the Chevron on N Fourth St for reports of several intoxicated men dragging an unresponsive person and dumping him under a tree. All are described as adult Native American males and intoxicated. One of the suspects is described as with brown pants and blue shirt. One of the suspects was seen with a bb gun. EMS is also responding. UPDATE: Officers are on the scene with the victim. He is severely intoxicated. One person is also being detained by police.
