10:48 AM Flagstaff Police are responding to the area of Fanning and St Moritz Way for a caller saying they observed a male carrying what appeared to be an unconscious female over his shoulder and into the wooded area behind the townhomes.
UPDATE: EMS has been asked to respond to the trailhead for an extremely intoxicated person they have located, possibly involved.
